What reviewers are saying

We read all the reviews. Here's what reviewers feel most strongly about:

  • IsoAcoustics' products are based on research and testing, including measurements taken at the National Research Council of Canada, demonstrating a commitment to data-driven design.
  • The brand provides solutions across a wide range of audio applications, including home hifi, recording studios, and live performance, showcasing their expertise in diverse acoustic environments.
  • IsoAcoustics offers a tailored approach to isolation, with different product lines and models designed to support specific weights and types of equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • They are known for enhancing the focus, clarity and openness of sound in general, with a signature effect of providing improved transparency, bass response, and stereo imaging in supported equipment.

Our favorite reviewer quotes:

  • "The first most noticeable difference for me when I finished installing the GAIA III was how much more "freer" the sound was from the speakers, the bass especially instantly stood out, far more insight and detailed. Bass extension was far better controlled and tighter with the upper regions being more defined and natural in presentation." (https://www.hifipig.com/isoacoustics-gaia-iii-isolation-footers)
  • "These feet remarkably reduced (I'd say "eliminated" but another product might come along and take this to yet another level) "smear" and "blur" that I was completely unaware was there. One of the problems with this job is that the descriptive words we use like "focus" and "detail" (you can list the rest) correspond to no direct mathematical or measurable quantity." (https://www.stereophile.com/content/analog-corner-303-accessorize-your-ride)
  • "After I put the speakers on Gaia Titan Cronos feet, the improvement in low-level detail, resolution, image focus, clarity, bass attack and decay, and transparency were—I'll write it again—not at all subtle. They were huge!" (https://www.stereophile.com/content/analog-corner-303-accessorize-your-ride)
  • "Without exaggeration, the extremely efficient decoupling that these little stands perform, dramatically reducing transmission of low frequency energy to my analogue console's meterbridge or to a purpose bulit workstation type of stand, and even to large and heavy metal speaker stands, very, very audibly translates into extremely reduced resonance and low end and/or low mids buildup and cloudiness, and thus has the three results of much improving the "speed" or rather transient response and punch of your woofers (now doing much less struggling and dispersing precious energy into whatever structure your monitors are perched on, as they move to reproduce bass notes & hits), plus for this very reason giving the impression of more sub-bass energy, and for both these reasons apparently improving your midrange imaging - it's not like the stands directly affect your monitors' midrange, it's just that there is less junk happening below it so you are free to notice it more clearly." (https://gearspace.com/board/reviews/850874-isoacoustics-iso-l8r-200-a.html)
  • "I'll go so far as to say that the effect it has, and the satisfaction it gives you, is comparable to say spending at least 1000 Euros more on some even higher class monitors, or spending several thousands more on some acoustic improvement of your control room or workspace." (https://gearspace.com/board/reviews/850874-isoacoustics-iso-l8r-200-a.html)
  • "What did we all hear? There was a clarity and lack of distortion at every frequency that did not seem possible before." (https://positive-feedback.com/reviews/hardware-reviews/isoacoustics-gaia)
  • "The IsoAcoustics Gaia I footers allow these speakers to obtain a higher level of resolution since the frames are isolated and have a pathway to drain vibrations away from the speaker diaphragms. With the Gaia I footers in place I also experienced an increase in soundstage depth." (https://positive-feedback.com/reviews/hardware-reviews/isoacoustics-gaia-i-footers)

Our interview with the brand

What are two key technological innovations or strong opinions that differ you from other brands?

We take a fundamentally different approach to isolation than many traditional solutions. For decades, spikes were the industry norm, based on the idea of coupling the speaker directly to the floor. But in practice, this creates a rigid path that allows energy to reflect and resonate, leading to a loss of clarity.

Our patented isolation technology changes that. One of the biggest differences is how the energy travels—or more specifically, how we manage it. With some isolation feet, the metal housing itself contacts the floor, allowing vibrations to pass through regardless of what’s inside of the housing. The IsoAcoustics design is different: only the lower isolator makes contact with the supporting surface. The internal isolators are carefully tuned for the speaker’s weight, and the upper section connects directly to the speaker or component. This design forms a controlled energy path where internal reflections are minimized and vibrations are decoupled in both directions.

The result isn’t just reduced vibration, it’s greater spatial clarity, openness in the soundstage, and tighter low-end definition. We’ve also proven the performance through testing at the National Research Council (NRC) in Canada and through extensive blind listening tests.

We also believe strongly in the importance of directionality and alignment. Our products are designed to perform best when properly oriented, aligning with the energy of the loudspeaker. That attention to detail is a key part of what sets IsoAcoustics apart.

What's your approach to customer support?

At IsoAcoustics, customer support is a top priority and something we take a great deal of pride in. Whether you're a first-time buyer, a long-time user, or just curious about compatibility, we want the experience to be as smooth and helpful as possible. Customers are welcome to reach out to their local dealer or distributor for support, but they’re also encouraged to contact us directly at [email protected].

We typically respond within 24 hours, and our team is happy to answer questions ranging from product selection and installation to more technical inquiries. If a customer encounters an issue with one of our products, we see it as an opportunity to help, not just to resolve a concern but to gain feedback that could inform future improvements. We go above and beyond by offering hands-on assistance with compatibility questions (even digging into specific speaker or component models and configurations), sending replacement parts quickly when needed, and making sure each customer gets the full benefit of our technology. Our goal is not just to solve problems but to create a great experience.

What are your favorite tracks for showcasing the strength of your products?

Fields of Gold” – Sting

This track is a beautiful example of musical subtlety. The warmth of Sting’s voice and the gentle acoustic instrumentation can easily become clouded by resonance or vibration. With IsoAcoustics isolation in place, listeners notice a remarkable improvement in vocal clarity and instrument separation, with each element more precisely placed in the soundstage. The acoustic guitar becomes crisper and the background more spacious—making the song feel more intimate and emotionally resonant.

Birds” – Dominique Fils-Aimé

This stunning vocal track is rich in tone and atmosphere. Dominique’s voice floats effortlessly over minimal instrumentation, making it an excellent piece to highlight the way IsoAcoustics products control internal reflections and remove smear. You’ll hear greater definition in her breath and phrasing, and a deeper sense of space between the layers of sound. It’s the kind of performance that truly shines with enhanced transparency.

No Moon at All” – Diana Krall

A jazz standard with a sultry, live-in-the-room feel, this track is perfect for showcasing how our isolators elevate microdynamics and timing. With IsoAcoustics in the system, Diana Krall’s piano notes sound more articulate, her vocals are more natural and lifelike, and the subtle swing of the rhythm section becomes tighter and more engaging. The result is a listening experience that feels closer to a front-row seat in an intimate jazz club.
